5. Refrigerated & Frozen Products

Many products sold by The Keto Storehouse are refrigerated, frozen, perishable, or temperature-sensitive.

We use specialized packing and shipping practices designed for these products. Because food safety and product integrity are important, perishable and temperature-sensitive products cannot be returned once shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and retrieving temperature-sensitive packages promptly after delivery.
