Thank you for shopping with KEHE! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for an item.

  • If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale / Clearance items

3. Return Shipping Fees

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • Change of Mind: For standard returns (buyer's remorse, wrong size ordered, etc.), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at  with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the box without contacting us first.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days (depending on your bank's processing time).

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., a different size)
